Full refurbishment of two bed maisonette on forth and fifth floor of 1960’s council blocking Peckham Ry Hill. The flat has balcony access, a private balcony and third balcony escape from the top floor with fantastic views to the west and north.
Works included full re plumbing, re wiring, re plastering, the wc and bathroom were amalgamated into one room and refitted, installation of a new bespoke kitchen and site built joinery, the original floorboards to the upper level were sanded back and a new cork floor was installed to the lower level.
