We offer specialist consultancy services, mainly directed at other professionals, for clients aiming to build to the Passivhaus or EnerPHit standards. These services include: architectural detailing for thermal bridge free and airtight design; energy modelling using the Passivhaus Planning Package; contractor training and consultancy.
Crisis Management
We are happy offer help and practical site advice where things have gone wrong on projects that we have not been involved in.
Ideas and Design Consultations
In addition to providing a basic brief and a fee quotation (that we provide free of charge), we also happy to provide an “ideas consultation”. We have come across so many people who have regretted work that they have done to their property because they didn’t know what was possible, or think about the wider picture. This consultation is intended to provide clients with initial direction without commitment or excessive design fees.
We come to your home, discuss your requirements, how you use your space, and how you would like to use your space. We take some measurements and draw up some indicative sketch options of how you could personalise and optimise your space. These sketches are to scale so we can add your furniture to give you an idea of how you could use the space. We also give you an estimate of the cost and timescale for the work if you would like us to take the project further.
