This two-storey semi detached Edwardian house looks onto Peckham Rye common. The clients had recently bought the semi derelict property and were living in it with their young son. They approached us to assist with the refurbishment and to design a rear extension to provide them with a more spacious dining and living area.

We persuaded them to build a full width rear extension, which would leave the rear addition substantially intact. The design includes a green roof and sliding folding doors onto external paved areas. We also assisted with the specification for full re-wiring (including feature lighting and Audio Visual equipment, a full re-plumb and a new bathroom.

The clients were very happy with the level of detail we produced for the tender, and undertook to project manage the build themselves.
